Shipping Policy
At Airspine, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read the following carefully so you know what to expect.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may occasionally take longer due to high order volumes, incomplete payment details, or address discrepancies. If any issue arises with your order, we will contact you directly at the email address provided at checkout before proceeding.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time within the United States is 7–10 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that these are estimates only — we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
3. Factors Outside Our Control
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Carrier delays or operational issues
- Peak holiday periods
Airspine is not responsible for delays caused by these circumstances. We will however do our best to keep you informed if we become aware of any significant disruptions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
5. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Airspine is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you realize you've made an error, contact us immediately at support@airspine.com — we will do our best to assist but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Airspine is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors and any safe locations around your property
- Contact your local post office or carrier directly
- Reach out to us at support@airspine.com and we will assist where we can
We cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for packages confirmed as delivered.
7. Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If you choose not to reship, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, excluding any shipping costs.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@airspine.com with clear photo and video evidence. We will review your case and determine the appropriate resolution in line with our Refund Policy.
